billed but no contract

I app**** for a telkom contract in november 2014. It was x apple phones. The shop at tygervalley said there is no stock but i will go on the order list. In december i got a call to say stock has arrived. I told the consultant i would come in but didnt make it so i left it as is. Today i got a sms to say my account was debited but i dont even have the phones or simcards. Tried calling telkom. Was on hold for 15 min with no answer. Called again and they said my account shows cancelled but i should call an 021 number as this place does the accounts. Called for a week everday at different times but no answer. What the hell??? Ho. Am i going to get my money back and cancel the contract that i dont have??????
