Billed And I Don't Even Have An Account Number!

Dear Telkom. Why are you sending me SMSes stating that I owe R1288.36 and I don't even have an account number? How on earth am I supposed to pay this amount without EVER receiving a bill? And how do you reckon that I owe that amount? I am happy to pay if you can explain how that amount was calculated!
