Billed after cancellation

I cancelled my contract after 24 months , Telkom is charging me another month after my contract was cancelled. Their online portal to cancell a service does not work .Their agents are rude, they hang up on you . Telkom’s is appalling and they don’t deserve to be anyone’s service provider. It’s a nightmare dealing with them.
