Billed a ridiculous amount for an international call

Good Day Please assist. I received a ridiculous bill for an international call. The amount was R205 for 5 minutes. I did make 2 international calls but i checked both tarriffs on the telkom website before calling and it was not going to calculate to that amount. The one is correctly calculated but the second number is not. According to the telkom website both calls would be less than R50. I logged a call at the Telkom branch Mall of Africa on 17 December 2017 but no one has contacted me since. Telkom Reference Number: ********** 5
