Bill Received for 17 years on an cancelled service
ACCOUNT NUMBER ********** 616 Telkom Cybertrade
I have been receiving a bill with a credit of 0.62c on it for 17 years with no one being able or willing to resolve this matter. Frankly I don't care that Telkom is wasting money on printing and postage monthly, but I am very interested to seen if someone knows how to resolve this. Think about it printing and postage for 204 months in respective of a 0.62c credit.

02 Apr 2018, 15:47Laughable but i still receive this account as no one has done anything even after this response. For a company whose profits has plummeted it is amazing how they are prepared to waste money. Go do the sums for this printing and postage over 17 years.
