Telekom is such a *****, they don't debit on your account and tell you the payment is late you will pay for penalties that time it's their fault, I don't even want to mention how the agents have no knowledge to solve queries it's such a disgrace and I would never ever take anything by contract or recommend it to anyone, they have been good but ever since my contract is about to expire they do this ******* of overcharging m every time
