Bill department

I made a payment of 1700 on the 27th of June and paid 3400 on the 29 th of June because my account was in errors but I keep on getting messages that I didn’t pay and threatening me to send my account to the collections company.went in store in Pinelands to the customer service couldn’t even explain my bill to me asked them to print it out for me and they say I still owe the 3400💔💔I have evidence of the payments 😢please assist me it’s my first time having this issue.. please contact me on this Number ***
