so i was charged 918.34 for a new phone a guy called lerato at the telkom branch in johannesburg main did not explain the fine print of the cost and only told me about 650 that was going to go off now i call the call center on 180 and i sat for an hour on the phone with a guy called Hloni who then sent me back to the store i wil not pay the full amount i will pay what was given and what i signed up for
