Bill

My contract with telkom mobile is R 449 per month and as I've been made aware of before I signed the contract is that when you run out of data or airtime you have to call in request that additional be loaded so now they are debiting over R500 a month I would like to know why if I look at the bill its usage I've bever requested additional data nor airtime I would like a refund my wife is also having endless problems with Her telkom mobile contract
