I loaded a cancellation case no: ***5 on 7th June 2019. even got the "dear customer, we acknowledge. Someone lady called to say that they need to collect my device and call back again to confirm courier time/date collection. Since then Telkom has continued billing be. I eventually removed their debit orders after them still billing me for 5 more months. The still have not cancelled line/contract. They now send my billing for months since November 2019 stop of debit order. They owe me 5 months of uncapped LTE billing. Rought R5000, that the stole from me. And they wont's log a refund since the account is still active. The settlement fee was less than R3000.

They rekon I must pay in the fee. I think they can deducted that fee from the R5000 they stole already. Even logged many interaction cases to which 2 oiut of 5 attempts called me and never bothered after saying they'll call back on both occasions.
