Telkom is a ******* and a *****. Their consutants know nothing about customer service. I contacted them on an account that is always over charged. The agent acted as if she can see the error on the system and promised me a refund but they never did. They over charged me again and this time they deducted the money on a deferent date from the contract agreement.
