Biggest regret on Telkom

I took a contract with telkom which I was happy with. I got a call to offer me insurance, which was supposed to be R200 and some change, only to find out that they signed me up for a R500 and some change insurance. I keep on calling, a lady I spoke to said the insurance should contact me, I don't know how are they going to contact me if I am the one looking for them 🤷🤷

I specifically asked the to not add the out of bundle charge but to my surprise they did, I heard that from their consultant that called me to offer to take more from

I must say, this is my biggest regret in my entire life. Telkom is useless, they should just close their business now cos what they running there is nonsense
