Biggest mistake ever- left us I crisis

Been trying to get my 0 upload speed sorted for a few months! Spoke to multiple agents. 4 hours on cell. Still no service. Every time I get a different reason and promises. It is a huge crisis as we WFH and have university students at home who can't do any research.
