Biggest ***** and no customer service

My wifi has been up and down and the line keep on showing no internet, i once had a tech guy to come and look and fix it and after i came home to find out he was sitting and watching news on his tablet the entire time instead of fixing, i had 5 reffrence numbers but nothing done, my debit order goes of the 31st of every month today is the 21st and my wifi is suspended due to “no payments” but my previouse debit was the 31st of august meaning should then go off only the 31st of september , i phoned the line and spoke to a vujo and then unathi, but nobody can help me, it is pure ***** having paid for a service but no service being done and that we have a contract and its not the first time.. mos pathetic people ever no wonder their client base is so little and getting smaller day by day. nobody answer until you go to court or newspaper, best of all that their own employees agrees that its ***** on my call recording but dont do anything. worst company ever and hope they close down very soon.
