Biggest **** ever TELKOM

My account was handed over to their collections department and we had agreement to pay last day of the month. I was paying per agreement and last month telkom debited on my account but to my surprise for this month they add R201as if i didn't pay. I called customer service i was told telkom tried to debit on the 15 and it bounced and i explained that my agreement with collections was month end. The lady explained that once i paid all the arrears they removed me from collecting without any communication that they will continue to debt on the 15th which am not getting payed on the 15th anymore. For them to add that R201 while they got their money same month its a real **** i didn't skip any payment. Am done with telkom and to cancel their number and that account yesterday its the best thing. Yesterday was 15th i made sure i have their money but they didn't debt their last installmentbut today i get this massage Mr/s ,a trace was done for ur Telkom acc at the credit bureau.Call NuDebt now for a payment arrangement.
