BIG TELKOM FIBRE FTTH EMPTY PROMISE (TELKOM DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER)

<p>I am unable to order Telkom FTTH. I received a flyer from Telkom on my gate. Stating Wierdapark you are invited. Telkom Boltspeed fibre is now in your area. I tried to order 2x Fibre lines and was told my address is not covered they cannot take my order. According to the telkom coverage website my neighbour across the street can get fibre. My side of the street is not covered and they don't even want to take my order. Can't Telkom extend the network? Perhaps run it across the road? In the past if their were no telephone lines. Telkom will still take the order and install the the service as it was provisioned. I know at lot of people want fibre in the area. I must say I am very disappointed. I was wondering why other service providers are installing fibre.</p>
