Big promises, money taken BUT no delivery!

<p>I received a call from Telkom selling me a wifi rooter at an amazing price BUT I have still not received it, still haven't signed the contract but they have debited me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I received the call on the 15th June 2016 and today they debuted my account without having me sign not receive the device! This is unacceptable and ******* as I was told that the contract will only be in place POST me signing for the goods on delivery. Completely *********! </p> <p> </p> <p>My supposed contract reference number was F9F4 0 ********** 4. </p> <p> </p> <p>Lebo</p>
