I was assisted by Tinyiko from the retentions department. after being on the phone with at least 2 people daily for almost 2 weeks with no favourable conclusion, Tinyiko came to my aid, made promises, and kept them and went an extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.

An unauthorised upgrade has been done on my soon ending cellphone contract and no one could provide a solution on how that issue could be resolved. Tinyiko was between myself and the sales department to ensure I get what I want and provided a sound solution on the unauthorised upgrade. Thank you
