Beyond the call of duty

After months and many calls to resolve a number of queries on my Telkom account , I finally spoke to someone who took his initiative and after carefully analysing my problems , called me back one hour later to tell me the good news that these problems had been resolved.<br> It is often that people like Denzil often go unnoticed in large corporations , but I want to take this opportunity to thank him for his service beyond the call of duty.<br> Maybe it's time that the human resource centres examine his character and work ethic and try to employ people with similar drive.<br> God Bless you,<br> Paul
