Beyond poor after service

Request cancellation of my phone contract almost 2 months ago and no one has called or rep**** to say it will be done and no one answers the lines. When you call, can you please cancel the contract as I can no longer afford the cost and am forced each month to pay even though I cannot afford it because I don't want it affecting my credit record badly.
