Beyond Pathetic Service

I have been mailing, phoning and chatting to agents to cancel my account since beginning of July 2017. It's been over a month, yet my account still hasn't been cancelled. In fact, I've received another statement for August and nobody returns my calls or responds to my emails.. It is always the same story. ."please forward all communication to my email and I will attend to this" yet nothing comes of it. Not even an acknowledgement. Beyond pathetic!
