Beyond horrible

<p>I have been waiting for someone to move my line for more than 3 months. Been taking off from work to be at home everytime a technician comes out. And everytime the same excuses. I get my bill for a service I dont even receive, I speak to managers that doesnt give a damn, I complain. My cellphone bill is sky high as I am the one phoning and holding on for 50 min!! This is beyond pathetic. You go to festival mall outlet they tell you straight they cant help you. Telkom your employees are what I call *** sleg! You are a disgrace to the country. You should fire the whole lot and close your doors. Pathetic you are indeed. Dont even phone me for this money as you will hear words that you never thouhgt people can call you. Ombudsman here I come. </p>
