Beyond frustrated with Telkom Mobile

I placed an order for a new contract+handset lastweek via telephone. I had confirmation that my order was successful until a few days later when my account was debited. No further communication. Today is day 5 (their policy is 3-5 days) and still no word. I have tried emailing, their facebook page, their online chat and nobody is responding and their phones just ring. Please contact me as i wish to cancel my 2 contracts, as I cannot handle this bad service anymore.
