Beyond frustrated

I am beyond frustrated with the automated loop on the Telkom number that doesn't get me where I need to go. The menu takes you through the number. I must apparently press #3 to cancel Telkom contracts, but once pressed, nothing is said about this service. Then I tried to register online, only to get to another dead end. No human being can be spoken to.
