Beyond disappointing

Hi, I like to just mention that the service I am getting from telkom is beyond disappointing. I have phone the customer care number and spoke to numerous of consulants regarding my Fibre line. I am paying for a 200mbps line yet I am only getting 24mbps. This is really disappointing as I am paying for something that I am not getting. I have zoom meetings and get cut off from it during a meeting. Very unprofessional service from telkom. I will be planning to cancel this contract.
