Beyond disappointed

Telkom WiFi experience- the worse. My don writing final year online exams. Lack of WiFi service. Contacted Telkom & requested that service be reconnected & or fault located. Was promised for technician would call or come out in 48 hours. No response after 5 days. My husband had to go to their offices personally. Matter then resolved in 48 hours. Pathetic service delivery.
