Beyond Disappointed

Once again I am complaining about Telkom, with the last complaint not actioned or feedback given. I hate this company & I really hope that I never get into an agreement with it ever again. for the past 2months I have been requesting a refund from them of which everytime I call it's like I am contacting a total different company with consultants blaming the prev one of not logging request or not writing clear notes on their system. they even go as far as confirming that sms's were sent to my number that I have advised them over a year ago that I do not use it no more. It was the same hustle when I wanted to cancel the contract, I've sent bank stats that was requested.. I do not even have strength to speak to their sarcastic foolish consultants because it gets me nowhere. Failer to this complaint I will take it to social networks as I am definitely sure that I am not the only one.
