BEYOND BAD SERVICE

CAN 1 whole person at Telkom please answer the 180 line.Where can such a big business send u a sms that gives a number the number u have dialed does not exist" and the WhatsApp chat Does not have the choice for what you need.TERRIBLE,and I'm brand new ,Worst service since inception. On a Sunday I got a consultant and guess what..You guys where down,the system is down.Any South Africans here who knows this bad service joke....***
