Beware When Taking Out Contract With Telkom Mobile

I took out a contract with Chuli Sithole at the Woodlands store on the 08/01/2015. I was told that I would only pay for it at the end of February. When I received my statement I see a lot of extra charges added on. I queried it only to find out that for the next two months I have to pay R220.00 MORE for the device. Why was I not told about this at the time the contract was taken out? I have another contract with Telkom which was taken out at the same store on the 19/12/2014 and Fuzi helped me out and explained everything to me including the charges that would be debited from my account. Is this how Telkom Mobile operate? DISGUSTING & PATHETIC SERVICE..
