Beware when taking contact
Sold a contract by telemarketers, arranged debit order. At no point was I informed that I'm liable for a 200 penalty for missing a debit. Now they just debit whatever amount when it suit them. I have paid using EFT, but the still increase charges for the ******* debits that I reversed at the bank. I've requested a cancellation of the debit order arrangements, I'm told it cannot be done. How on earth?
Spoke to a certain thokozile yesterday, she was just rude and even **** about some payment.
