Beware: Telkom Overstating their Income

After cancelling my account over a year ago, Telkom passes my account over to Debt collectors to collect the invoices they have continued to raise since my cancellation. Luckily I had my cancellation in writing, and am hoping they can sort their systems out.

When I queried why they were still providing service if my account was unpaid, they had no answer. When i asked them where they were sending the account to (and proof of these e-mails) they state they sent it to my fathers work account, of which he retired close to 10 years ago from.

This is via the debt collectors by the way. When I try to contact Telkom, there are no numbers / e-mail addresses anything to contact...

I think we should start to query the legitimacy of the income Telkom is posting
