BEWARE!!!!!TELKOM GAVE ME A ********** REPORT

i had my iPhone 6 for two months then it started developing problems.<br> I took it back to Telkom as it still had warranty an they kept my phone for 2 months and when i tried to escalate the issue, they told me my phone was water damaged and they do not cover that and that my insurance had to cover it.<br> <br> I then took the phone to my insurance and they told me that Telkom ****, the gave me a report from the Apple Doctor that said the phone had no water damage what so ever. Telkom cooked up this **** report just to prevent them from replacing a faulty phone that they gave me. I haven't had the phone in 4 months and yet every month i pay for the contract, i believe this is breach of contract on their part and i was to sue them for this.<br> <br> This is breach of contract and i want to be compensated for the 4 months i haven't had a phone.<br> <br> I had to buy another phone just to do my job properly and i was a brand new phone and to be compensated for this nonsense. I will also report them for providing me with a **** report, they could be doing this to a lot of customers. I am expecting a call today by close of business and i am cancelling this debit order from now on.
