BEWARE - Telkom does not cancel contracts!

I tried to cancel my contract online, the option to cancel the line was not there, the drop down was empty. I then went to Menlyn and they told me to go and cancel it online, I explained my problem. The manager said she'd call head office and call me back the following day. This was last year September already. I'm still waiting.
