BEWARE TELKOM DEALS TO MISLEAD THE CUSTOMERS

<p>After mush reseach my wife and i decided to use telkom as our service provider for our adsl connection, we went to eastgate branch and to spoke to Nelisiwe one of their consultant who explained different option that were available to us and because we had done a bit of our own reseach we wanted asdl line with 4mbs speed but the consultant informed us about the special which cost almost the same amont but we refused to take the special wanted to stick to our choose but my wife later received a call from telkom explaining the special: Mega special they said we pay ONLY R799.00 x 24 fixed, free installation, free router and up to 10mbs hassle free. We agreed to the special and from FIRST MONTH we just wanted to know how mush to pay for the pro rata as it was installed on 21 of december and NO ONE WAS ABLE TO GIVE US THE CORRECT ANSWER. THE STATEMENT FINALY CAME WITH A BALANCE OF R3999.00 DUE, WE CALLED THE CALL CENTER NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO LUCK, WE WEND TO THE BRANCH THEY COULDNT HELP. TELKOM WHY IS IT THAT ONE SPEAK TO MORE THAN 10 CONSULTANTS AND ALL TEN WE GIVE YOU 10 DIFFERENT ANSWER . EACH TIME YOU CALL ITS A DIFFERENT ANSWER BASICALLY WE HAVE BEEN PUT ON THE WRONG PRODUCT, NO FREE INSTALLATION, NO FREE ROUTER AND ONLY NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT THE R799.00 EXCLUDE TAX AND WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR TAX. TELKOM THIS IS NOT WHAT WE AGREE ON AND YOUR ADS ON ALL PUBLICATION ARE MISLEADING. BEFORE TAKING THE PRODUCT WE WENT TO CONFIRM AT BRANCH AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT WE WILL ONLY PAY R799.00 FIXED FOR 24MONTHS. PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEMS BECAUSE YOU ARE MISLEADING CUSTOMER AND YOUR CONSULTANTS ARE MISINFORMED, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!! </p>
