Beware: Shark "Telkom charges" Tank

I thought the banks were sharks. Not even the micro loan industry charge as much. I was charged R150 from my bank for an unpaid debit order. Telkom charged R200 for an unpaid debit order. Surely this is not according to the Ususry Act or any other Act. My unpaid charges equal a quarter of my bill :(
