Beware of telkoms free me ****

I did not receive my full data for what i was receiving from my contract agreement, my telkom mobile data that i have been receiving since 2017, did not come through for the current month. I only received night and all inclusive data as normal. The telkom consultant spoke about promotional data which did not make sense since i never heard of promotional data on my contract, and when asked to speak to a manager, the consultant refused, i feel ****med by telkom as im not getting my moneys worth regarding my agreed monthly data
