Beware of Telkom promotion ****s

I was promised a 3 months free netflix subscription when signing up for my uncapped adsl contract, 4 months later I'm still waiting. Contacted customer service probably around 20 times. Everytime they say it's a system error and the IT department will rectify it. Still waiting for the IT department to rectify it. Never thought a big company like Telkom would be allowed to run such ****s, but in South Africa these days I guess anything is acceptable.
