Beware of Telkom Mobile.

Dear Telkom, you can call me for new upgrades but you can't call me to make arrangements for my account not being paid for the first month ever. To make things worse, I've been trying to get one of my contracts back to prepaid for a while now. I've phoned call centres aswell as went into your shops to get this done, then I get reffered to the website, to which I can not find the option to stop a contract. Please note that I will not be reffering anyone since this is my worst experience with a service provider yet. No phone calls regarding arrangements for payment, No phone calls regarding cancelation of a contract that expired 10000 phone calls to sell more? I mean what do you expect from sales if your after service is so pathetic??
