Beware of Telkom

Hi Hello Peter team My name is Yousuf Muhammad App**** for a Telkom contract on blackfriday week for Huawei Mate20 lite online.got a call from a lady from Telkom and finalised the deal even received a sms to confirm that application was approved. While finalising the deal with lady from Telkom she offered a Huawei router with 5gb p/m normally cost R99 p/m but lady said as I was taking Huawei mate20 lite so will have to pay only R54 p/m for the router. Received my parcel on 3rd december18 to found out it was just router been delivered called Telkom service center an another guy from Telkom confirmed that they Sr t the router only but phone delivery will be happen in next 2 to 3 days waited till today 11december 18 nothing hapened made a call today to Telkom shockingly found that my application for Huawei mate20 lite was declined but Huawei router was been approved only that's why they delivered the router only ask the guy from Telkom about it that my application was for Huawei mate20 lite it's the lady from Telkom offered me a router too so I accepted her offer now today after waiting for more then Ten days Telkom is telling me that only router was approved how disgusting it is my priority was the Huawei Maye20 lite but they themselves decided for me to have router only its very ********* of Telkom made frustrated how Telkom deceives its clients if they want to sell only router they must inform the clients in advance but no they choose for clients by themselves so I decided to return the router back to Telkom coz I have lost my trust on Telkom they are acting like ****s funny thing as a clients I app**** for the phone not the router they offered me the router on discounted premium p/m but then they approved router only and declined the phone even router was for R99 p/m not R54 p/m what they had offered me Beware Telkom is a company of ****s don't trust them.
