Beware - False advertising

Please be careful when looking at any adverti*****t from Telkom Mobile. I want to get a FreeMe Family Package as advertised (https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/shop/personal/plan/freeme-family-30-gb/). When enquiring about the package, the Telkom stores tells me that they cant sell it and that I should talk to the call centre. The call centre tells me that they cant sell it and that I should go to a store. This is absolutely poor service when you advertise a product that you cannot sell. This is false advertising just to get a customer in their store. Absolutely ridiculous and bad practise
