Better the devil you know then the Devil you dont. Poor Telkom

I took out a new contract at the Telkom store in V&A waterfront on Saturday 22 July 2023 I had asked for my existing number to be ported. I emailed the lady she said I would have to come into the store, this without regard to my time and cost. She then said i could go into any store. I go into the Telkom CBD store they say they cant help, as its not the same branch. I send an email Monday morning to the lady again she responds Tuesday morning that she only seen her mails and she will assist. Tuesday morning I asked her to sort it out as its urgent. Tuesday afternoon I again send an email for her assistance. Ridiculous, no regards for anybody time and money, terrible start to a relationship. I thought vodacom was bad, but i guess its a case of better the devil you know then the devil you dont. Never again
