Best way to Lose Business - Use Telkom

<p>After arranging a move from one officeto the next, Telkom send an appointment booking to which we responded no twice!!! The send the cabling contractor out on the rejected appointment time, he efficiently does what is required and leaves.</p> <p>So, 8 days befor we move our lines no longer work at our current premises???</p> <p>We immediatelycomplain, only to find that our line has been disconnected due to non payment? The next day, the account arrives by e-mail.</p> <p>So, after 30 years of business Telkom dont have the decency to advise that the account is overdue by a day and cut us off.... cant wait for a telkom free service provider</p>
