Best service ever

I just received the best service! My internet was not working and it was stressing me because I'm working remotely, the technician stayed on the line with me for over an hour and was very patient will helping me to resolve the problem.

A lot of people I know personally complain about the service so I was pleasantly surprised as it was my first time in the full year experiencing any problems.

Kudos to Telkom's technical team!!
