<p>Dealing with Telkom was the most incredible service experience i have ever encountered. From the application from Maponya branch till the call center I really value the level of customer service I received from Telkom. Kept me updated with the instillation and guided me step by step to getting my modem up and running. Today my internet was down and I called the call center for assistance with in a matter of seconds the consultant new the issue and even though the fault was my mistake he step by step guided me into resolving the issue I was reconnected and able to complete my work. GREAT SERVICE EVER!!!</p>
