After struggling for a month to get a hold of anybody at Telkom to help me fix my mobile data router, i came across Wandile Sihlezana who went out of his way to fix my problem and ensure my satisfaction with Telkom, i can honestly say if it was not for Wandile Sihlezana Great customer service i would have canceled my contract and move my business elsewhere! Best service i had in a long time especially at telkom! Thank you Wandile, you have restored my faith in customer care.
