Best service

I had an issue with my cellphine contract update. Where a consultant Albert made a mistake on the colour of the devise requested and refused to acknowledge and sort out in time. He was rude and ill mannered. A lady by the name of Mpho came to our station to offer assistance and actually ended up taking over the query as Berry was not bothered. Shame she took over and stopped everything to sort my issue out. So much that the saturday she called me to come thru to get my phone was a saturday she was off. She waited till I got to the store & ensured that I was sorted & happy so she could go home since she was off. I will never forget the way she handled my complaint I even thought she was the store manager. She deserves to be assistant manager or the actual manger of the store. She knows her story & the products. No question goes un answered & politely so. Mpho u the best, the only competent staff member in the store, she cares & humble herself even when u could see it was not easy & she was not at fault. For one I ended up lashing & venting on her as if she was at fault or even the manager (whom is always not around or in the store) Thanks a million Mpho for your oustanding service..
