<p>You want service? Thuli Ntuli is the best. After filling out a form Telkom website for a HOME DEMO, I have recieved 2 phone calls from Telkom sales. And yes they started doing my application!! Again i filled in a form for a HOME DEMO. I was not going to take a product that was not going to work after the application was done. </p> <p> </p> <p>The third call was from Thulas Ntuli. O my goodness, what a proffesional guy. In no time we set an appointment for a demo. Told me he will be in Bloemfontein tomorrow. Could not believe this. As i could not make my appointment, he said no problem. He will be there at my home on SUNDAY then. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yes he was there, yes i was happy with the speeds and yes, I did the application!!!!! He was more than helpful. Thank you Thulas Ntuli for helping me and doing what was suppose to be done. You know what service delivery is.</p>
