Best landline operator . .NOT!

First I compliment, now I have to bow my head down with dissapointment... Every thursday like clock work my adsl does not work. Its been going on for months. I get excuses from fibre breaks to new equipment being installed. What load of ********... I am so tired of these lies and deceit. I want a credit for the non use of my line including the telephone as I have to use my cellphone to call the call centre as phone line is dead as well. Having to spend up to an hour before getting to someone. At times even being cut off. And Telkom, I dare you to give me some ****** stupid \ oh
