Best internet provider in the world... Not!

Been calling them for 4 days, because i have no internet at home. Telkom tells me that someone accidentally deleted all my info so everythings gone. So i already payed for my service and now they deleted all my info. So one at talkom know what there doing or whats going one. Sales tell me my service is active and technicaltells me that my service was seized. There a useless company. Wish a diffrent service provider would help.

Weldone Telkom, your the most useless company in South Africa. How does it feel to let millions of people down because your an *********** company? Must feel great, hey!
