Best data service provider my ASS

Best data service provider my ASS. They cant even provide me with DSL. almost a month ago i went to their coverage map and it said i could upgrade to a 20mb line. I called in to upgrade and 72 hours later i called back only to find out i have been downgraded to a unstable 4mb line AND they lost my address to a place i moved away from 4 years ago. Its taken almost a month JUST to change my address. I cant even get my old 10mb line back. I have spoken to countless "managers" and have been promised countless time this will be sorted. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Im NOT paying for my Telkom Bill this month and not paying till my line is back to at least a 10mb line and stable. This has become a joke in the office. Even your sister company Openserve has my address wrong to another place almost 5 km away. Unexceptable and **** poor performance.
